How to open a ticket
Logic Support Tickets
To open a ticket please join our support Discord
Please only open a ticket for the following reasons:
- You have donated Baller or a Custom Gun.
- You have encountered an issue with the store.
- You require support with your forum account.
If you open a ticket for another reason, your ticket will be closed.
- Once you have joined the discord server click on #open-a-ticket channel
- When opening a ticket please choose from an option below.
- Your ticket will be created.
- Please fill out the infomation and a member of the donation support team will be with you.
Please do not open a ticket for the following reasons:
- You have encountered a rulebreak, please report the player on the forums: forums/support
- You have been banned and you want to be unbanned, please appeal your ban on our forums.
- You have found an in-game bug, please report a bug here: forums/bugs
- You cannot connect to the server, please ask in #game-support in the Logic Discord for help.
- Opening multiple tickets for the same issue, this will only slow down the process.
- Opening a ticket about compensation for lost money/items, open a compensation request here: forums/support
- Opening a ticket to claim or get help with the twitter reward, please read .
- Opening a ticket because you would like to report your car. You can open a carreport in our main discord with the !carreport command.
